Rubber & PVC Mouldings and Extrudates
Various items like Bushes, O-Rings, Seals, Cords, Diaphragms, Discs, Nozzles, Tubes etc. are manufactured in Rubber and PVC through the process of injection or compression moulding or by the process of extrusion. These items are basically custom made as per the requirement and applications.
Items of all shapes and sizes can be made on the availability of dimensional specifications or samples. The application of the parts determine the use of raw material i.e. Rubber or PVC etc.
Oil Seals :
Metal covered/reinforced spring loaded rubber seals, U-seals, Cheveron multi seals, canvas seals are made in all sizes.
O-Rings :
Synthetic rubber O-Rings, Cords etc. are made. Silicon and Viton rubber rings are also manufactured.
Coupling Bushes:
Rubber bushing, brass lined rubber bushing and grommets for all sort of couplings are made.
Rubber Couplings :
These include all type of spider, disk or cushion couplings for generator, electric motor and water pumps ets.
Gaskets :
Tailor made rubber gaskets in Neoprene, silicon or viton are made as per drawings.
Diaphragms :
Plane rubber or canvas reinforced diaphragms for vaccum applications are made as per specification.
Stoppers :
Vial stoppers in natural and silicon rubber are made for pharmaceutical industry.
Beadings :
Extruded long length beadings in solid or sponge rubbers for automobile or refrigeration industries.
